Avoid Disease When You Travel Overseas

U.S. health officials recently quarantined an Atlanta man with a rare form of tuberculosis which is extremely resistant to treatment or XDR after he traveled on two trans-Atlantic flights. According to officials at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) , the passengers in direct proximity to the man, as well as crew members servicing him may have been infected with the rare disease. More Safety On The Road With NASCAR Drivers

Spin outs are terrifying on and off the track, but don’t lose your cool if you lose control. NASCAR driver David Ragan has this advice:

  • Try to stay calm, because panicking will only make things worse.
  • Apply the brake.
  • Take your hands off the wheel. The car will come to a stop sooner if you fight the urge to overcorrect.
