i was a foster child in my aunt and uncles home, and when i was 15 & 16 he molested me numerous times. He used to try to pay me to take my clothes off, and he would tell me he always dreamt he was having sex with me and my friends. I reported it to my family and they said i was lying. 2 months ago I found out he had just done it to my older sister that same day. She tried to report it to the police and they said they couldn’t do anything. He’s also been reported at jobs for doing the same thing to other women and he needs to be put away!He has grandkids the same age I was when it started and I’m afraid for them.

We are the aunt and uncle to a young child living in Tehama County. She has come forward and informed all the people that we tell our children, “tell your teacher, tell the policeman, they are safe to tell when bad things are happening to you.” She told them all including her own mother who is lying on behalf of the perpetraitor. She has been molested by a very close family member. To date the investigating CPS worker is doing her best and I must comend her for doing a very good job, with the lack of support she has from the law enforcement officials. However the Detective on assigned this case, has done nothing, in fact he has been extremely unhelpful. He has gone as far as to tell us that he doesn’t want to talk to us at all, even though we have information about the case that our family in CA are to scared to tell the police and CPS themselves. We are in fear for her life and her well being as her mother has taken her and the otheer two kids in the home as well as the perpetraitor and been missing for 3 days. And the detective says we have no right to speak. We have laws that are in place to protect our children and yet there is NOTHING being done to enforce them. In fact this case has been closed and all protective orders have been dropped without a full or appropiate investigation on bahalf of the law enforcement. The laws are not being enforced and our children are being left to the wolves by people such as this detective that wish to do nothing but push papers. The mother of this child and her husband have even gone as far as to coerce her into lying about who the perpetraitor is. So there is NO ONE to protect her. We are doing all we can to protect her from over 900 miles away and no way to get to her. Is there anyone who can help us and her?

My grandmother was murdered on crenshaw and 77th street in Los Angeles, California in early september of 2000. The person who hit her was never found and to my knowlwedge the case was closed with little to no investigation. My grandmother left behind seven kids the youngest being 6 months at the time and her death remains a mestory and her family will never know who the person was who hit and left my grandmothers body behind causing so much heart ache and pain to her family. Please do all you can to help us find any information.
