Saving Children’s Lives: NCMEC And Law Enforcement

74 percent of the time a child is killed within the first three hours of their abduction. Time is the most critical factor when rescuing a missing child. The National Center For Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) provides law enforcement all across the country with resources to help them track missing kids. In 1984, NCMEC launched a network of resources that is a major force in helping to raise the missing children recovery rate from 62 percent to 96 percent.

I am just wondering how you would handle a situation where you feel that there is someone out there capablle of molesting children, or worse? When I was a child I was molested and never spoke of it until later on in life. I never went to the police and feel if someone is capable of this crime they would continue doing this. Not sure what to do.
